no, that makes sense.

i don't think it's something you can really comprehend until it's happened.

it was sort of gradual. The government knew about monsterization for awhile but didn't say anything about it until it was too widespread to hide anymore.

They told us to stay inside and declared a state of emergency. We still had access to TV and stuff at first and they told us how to detect monsters and fight them, but after the president changed on live TV we were kind of on our own.

they aren't all horrible. there are different kinds, not all of them are violent.

they're really just people who got carried away by their desires. the human part of them gets caught up in an illusion where they have everything they want while the monster takes over.
